What you can expect from our School Age Program
We get to attend Crayons 2 Pencils year round with our friends. During the school year, the bus picks us up in the morning and brings us back after school. Some of us get to eat breakfast in the morning and others are only here for afternoon snack. Mrs. Jill opens her doors at 7:00am and closes them at 5:00pm.
We have a wide variety of games and toys to play with each day. She lets us get out crayons, markers, glue and scissors almost everyday. During the summer we get to go to the Norwalk pool at least 2 times a week, if not more. She also takes us for our swimming lessons. We get to go to the library for story time once a week where we return our books from the week before and check out new ones. We have picnics and play games like baseball and hide-n-seek. When we are really good she lets us play the Wii or the X-Box, but we have to earn time for that.
During Christmas we have a program and a gift exchange which is a lot of fun. Our whole family can come and watch us sing our songs. Mrs. Jill holds it at a church so we can use the stage. She always has fun things planned for us during our school breaks. We love the days when we get to make our own lunches especially pizza day. She has tons of toppings we get to pick from and make our own Giant Pizza.
You will love Crayons 2 Pencils as long as you love to be outside, make new friends, play games, and try new things. I hope to see you there!
