What you can expect from our Preschool Play-N-Learn Class
Our Preschool Play-N-Learn class is so much fun! We get to meet twice a week for 2 fun filled hours. We meet on Mondays and Wednesdays from 9:15 A.M.- 11:15 A.M. During our time together we learn so many things Mrs. Jill says we need to know for Kindergarten.
We have Circle Time center where we get to talk about the days of the week, months and the year. We have a big gumball machine with Velcro gumball's that helps us count the day of the month. We also have a letter of the week where we learn all the sounds that the letters make. We play games with letters, write them in shaving cream on the table and even make them with our bodies.
We also get to do fun science activities like watch tadpoles turn into frogs, mix baking soda and vinegar to make a volcano and so much more. Each week is a different theme that helps us learn about the world around us. We have crafts everyday where we get to get a little bit messy.
Mrs. Jill also helps us one-on-one with our numbers and letters. Some kids have learned to write their whole name and some can write their friends names too. We also sing songs, play games, and play outside. Crayons 2 Pencils is a great place to make new friends and learn many wonderful things.
