Consistent Classroom Experience:

At Crayons 2 Pencils, we emphasize stability by allowing children to remain in the same classroom for a full 12 months. Every August, they transition seamlessly into a new classroom, advancing with the same age group of peers. This approach ensures that children are surrounded by friends they will continue with to kindergarten, fostering strong, lasting relationships and a supportive learning environment.
 

Curriculum:

At Crayons 2 Pencils, we focus on small group learning stations to support each child's growth at their own pace. Our curriculum allows children to explore a wide range of subjects, including Science and Art, Music and Movement, and Weekly Themes. We emphasize Literacy and Math development, as well as fine motor skills, ensuring a comprehensive and engaging hands-on learning experience that caters to the unique needs of every child.
 

Communication: 
Each classroom has a private Facebook page where teachers share daily pictures and videos for your family to enjoy. Our website also features a Parent Tab with calendars and important updates. Additionally, we distribute monthly newsletters to keep families informed about center activities.

Extras We Offer: 
Our enrichment classes range from Music, Spanish, and Soccer, providing diverse opportunities for your child’s growth. Throughout the year, we welcome local visitors from the Library, Blank Park Zoo, and other community helpers. We also host special events such as Mother's Day and Father's Day celebrations, Color Runs, and family grill outs. Annual conferences are held, with updated assessments provided each quarter to keep you informed of your child's progress.
