Want to extend the fun? No problem! You can easily add extra hours to your event, starting with a minimum of 3 hours, to ensure your celebration is nothing short of amazing. Our venue offers a variety of exciting amenities for you and your guests, including: Full Arcade: Enjoy a wide range of games. Action-Packed Gym: Filled with engaging games and building activities. Welcoming Lobby: Complete with tables and chairs for your guests' comfort. Fully Equipped Kitchen: Featuring two stoves and a spacious serving counter for your culinary needs. Cancellation Policy
Booking Policy Purpose: Our event space is ideal for activities like sports practices (excluding certain sports), birthday parties, cooking classes, and fitness classes. Reservation Process: Bookings can be made through our online system at www.crayons2pencils.com Payment is due at the time of booking to secure your booking. We accept major credit cards and online payment systems. For booking inquiries, please contact us at 515-285-5322 and ask to speak with Jill. If it is evening or weekend, you can reach her at 515-306-8722. Confirmation: Bookings are confirmed via email once the deposit is received. You will also get an access code to enter the facility. Cancellation Policy Full cancellation and refund are available if canceled at least 48 hours before the event. For cancellations within 48 hours due to unforeseen circumstances like inclement weather or illness, a full refund or credit towards a future booking is available upon request. We reserve the right to cancel any event if the activities planned are against our policy. This includes, but is not limited to, activities such as baseball, softball, roller skating, or any sport that could damage walls. We may also cancel events if payment has not been received in full by the specified due date. Rescheduling: We are happy to accommodate rescheduling due to snowstorms or illness. Please contact us as soon as possible at to arrange a new date. If a refund is necessary, payments will be issued via Venmo to the original payer. Waitlist Policy If your desired time slot is fully booked, you may join our waitlist through our online booking system. You will be notified via email if a slot becomes available. Waitlist slots are offered on a first-come, first-served basis. Cleaning Responsibilities: All rentals are responsible for cleaning the areas they have used. This includes taking out the trash and ensuring the space is left in the condition in which it was found. Please check the bathrooms and ensure they are tidy before leaving Restricted Area Use: If your event has only booked a specific room or area, you may not use other parts of the facility. Customer Responsibilities: Guests are expected to leave the facility clean and orderly. Any damage to the premises will result in additional charges. Liability: We are not liable for any injuries or damages incurred during the use of our space. Guests participate at their own risk and are advised to comply with all safety instructions.
